What types of therapy do you offer?

I provide individual and couples therapy, specializing in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and mood disorders. Our approaches include CBT, DBT, IFS, and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to your specific needs.

How do I book an appointment?

You can easily book an appointment online through our link here. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes, I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, so you can receive support from the comfort of your home.

What should I expect during my first session?

During your first session, we’ll discuss your current challenges, therapy goals, and any concerns you may have. This helps me tailor a treatment plan specifically for you.

How much does a session cost?

Your initial 50 minute consultation is $150.00. Individual therapy sessions are $150.00 each. We accept various payment methods, including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept many major insurance plans and EAPs, including Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Carelon, Headspace EAP, Quest Behavioral Health, and others. Out-of-network options are also available. Coverage varies by plan, so we encourage clients to verify benefits before scheduling.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.

How long does therapy typically last?

Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes. During this time, we’ll focus on exploring your current challenges, discussing your progress, and working on strategies to help you achieve your therapy goals. The session is designed to provide a safe and supportive space where you can express your thoughts and feelings, while we work together to navigate your path toward healing and well-being.
