Scheduling with Melissa is simple and confidential. Choose an appointment that fits your life—office or telehealth—and we’ll meet you with evidence-based care and genuine compassion.
Insurance & Payment
Sessions are $150.00 for 50 minutes. I am also in network for the following providers: Aetna, Alliance Coal Health Plan, Ascension, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, ClaimDoc, FAIROS/OccuNet, Headspace EAP, Partners Direct, Quest Behavioral Health, Sana Benefits, Unity, and Velocity.
Because coverage varies by plan and individual benefits, we recommend confirming eligibility and coverage prior to your first appointment. I will be happy to help verify benefits and answer any insurance-related questions.
Telehealth
Secure video sessions are available for Florida residents.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day rescheduling may be possible only if another time is available with Melissa that day. If same-day availability is not available, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.
Crisis Note
