I’ve always been someone who notices what others are feeling.
I was the youngest of four children and the only girl, growing up with three older brothers. From an early age, I naturally became the peacemaker in my family. I learned how to read the room, sense emotional shifts, and help calm things down when tensions rose. Being empathetic and attuned to others wasn’t something I learned later in life. It was simply who I was.
That role shaped me. It taught me the importance of listening, understanding different perspectives, and creating a sense of safety for the people around me. Those early experiences are a big part of what ultimately led me to become a therapist.

Today, I’m also a mother of five. I have children who are 19, 17, 14, and twin 12-year-olds, two boys and three girls. Parenting at every stage has given me a deep respect for how complex people are and how much our needs change over time. I understand the pressures families face, the emotional weight of responsibility, and how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else.
As a therapist, I bring both professional training and real-life experience into the room. I don’t believe in judgment, labels, or quick fixes. I believe in creating a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and finally speak honestly about what you’re carrying.
People often feel at ease quickly. I’m warm, straightforward, and persistent about finding what helps. We’ll make sense of your experiences and use them to support growth.
Clients often tell me they feel calm, grounded, and genuinely heard in our work together. I take that seriously. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and develop tools that actually support change in your everyday life.
I work collaboratively and with intention. Sometimes that means offering gentle support. Other times it means asking thoughtful questions or challenging long-standing beliefs with care and respect.
Therapy with me is not about perfection. It’s about clarity, growth, and learning how to live in a way that feels more aligned and sustainable.
I believe healing happens in relationships where people feel safe, seen, and supported. It would be an honor to offer that space to you.
Schedule a session or brief consultation to see if we’re a good fit. You don’t have to face this alone.
